Intelligent warehouse management is at the heart of the e-commerce logistics software. Storage
The items are automatically assigned to the appropriate storage compartments after being entered using the goods receipt module of the pLG WMS. The pLG WMS can take these criteria into account when selecting the appropriate storage compartment:
- Batch number (single-batch storage)
- Dimensions of the article
- Dimensions of the storage compartment
- Size units
- Weight (e.g. heavy items downwards)
- Turnover rate (e.g. A-items at handle height)
- Packs per pick
- Distance in the 3D warehouse model
- Item similarity (e.g. store similar items far apart)
Outsourcing
During picking, the logistics software for e-commerce guides your employees through the warehouse. The software optimizes routes and arranges the item positions in the appropriate picking sequence.

3D-Modell

Orders
Optimized with AIThe order proposal can be checked and approved manually by an employee or transmitted automatically without checking (EDI, e-mail).
From this point on, pLG WMS continuously monitors the goods receipt and corrects the stored replenishment time for each supplier and article for future orders in the background. Overdue items are automatically reminded to the supplier. With pLG WMS, you can provide your customers with an expected time of arrival (ETA) for each item.
