Paperless & always up to dateIn the medical supply store, the previous paper-based ordering process was modernized with the pLG e-commerce logistics software: Field staff now use a tablet that enables comprehensive offline work and automatically synchronizes with the head office when connected. Aids management
A customer order to be supplied is automatically transferred from the medical supply store software. The office staff can specify an aid with a specific register or serial number. It is also possible to request an aid from the warehouse using a collective term (e.g. “standard rollator”).

Maintenance and workshop
The medical supply workshop can also be controlled via our pLG WMS. The orders are processed in the correct order according to priority and delivery time. The required aids and necessary add-on parts may already have been placed at the workshop by the warehouse, or the workshop may collect the necessary parts from the storage locations independently.
Comments and documents (e.g. dimension sheets) are attached to each order and displayed to the employee. This ensures an optimal, paperless and loss-free flow of information.
