Dortmund, 10 October 2024 – The proLogistik Group appoints Adela Grama as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Grama has been responsible for the Group’s Europe-wide sales strategies and operations since October 2024.
With Adela Grama, the proLogistik Group has gained an experienced industry insider with several years of international expertise in the field of software solutions for logistics. Her extensive experience and language skills (six languages) will make a decisive contribution to the further internationalisation of the company.
Grama was most recently Sales Director at ecovium. There she gained valuable experience in managing sales teams and building strong customer relationships, which she now brings to her new position at the proLogistik Group.
In her new role, she will focus primarily on creating a strong sales organisation that presents the Group’s solutions with expertise and enthusiasm. She also plans to further intensify international sales activities and raise awareness of the proLogistik Group as an all-in-one provider of supply chain solutions.

Adela Grama joins the Management Board as a new member. The management team of the proLogistik Group now consists of CEO Jörg Sänger, CTO Thulackshan Mohan, CFO Jens Wahl, COO Dirk de Beer and CSO Adela Grama.
